gimme gimme

With all the time I’ve logged working lately, I’ve been seriously neglecting a lot of things. Needs, desires:

  • water
  • workout time/motivation
  • my own place
  • enough cash to pay all bills
  • to make some phone calls
  • to email some friends
  • to take a trip somewhere
  • more vegetables
  • perfect black dress pants
  • new panties
  • oil change & state inspection
  • cat-sized treadmill
  • an assistant director
  • excedrin quick-tabs
  • new contact lenses
  • justified (shut up)
  • a fall jacket
  • season hockey tickets
  • to be kissed, well and truly
  • my october paycheck
  • chicken pad thai
  • SLR camera
  • dance lessons
  • to join a local volleyball league
  • a week of vacation
  • general inner peace

Sigh.

  1. haw haw haw seriously, though, justified… i want to mock you so badly, but i can' t. i can' t, damn it. damn it!

  2. new panties. for some reason that is quite funny. i could probably help you with a few of these items were distance not such a factor.

  3. MY TREADMILL IS ONLY FOR CATS, AND NO HUMANS MAY USE IT DUE TO IT'S TINY SIZE. THIS IS ALSO GUMP'S CROTCH UNITS SIZE. HIS MOUTH UNIT TELLS ME TO TELL YOU TO READ MY DIARY. I AM ROBOT, DON'T TURN OFF THE MESSANGER.

  4. Yeah, Mike's got plenty of panties he doesn't get enough use out of; sticks with the same three pair of granny pants week after week.

You know, I wonder if season hockey tickets and being kissed well and truly are mutually exclusive. That is, I've been to a hockey game and, well, I can't say I saw too many guys that looked to have “kisses well” credentials.

  5. heh. good point, there. They might be mutually exclusive, although sometimes you can find attractive, intelligent guys at hockey games. Or so I hear.

  6. Good list. If you could put them in order of importance, what would that order be? Some are simple, some are a one time shot, some require planning, some a bit of patience for an enduring contentment. And to paraphrase another saying, general inner peace is a journey, not a destination.

With your long hours coming up, water, veggies, and workout/volleyball will help boost your physical well being (I take it your headaches are gone?). A relaxing weekend trip would help with recharge.
