  1. i am interested in “linger” being on there! also interesting: you like th kind of U2 that i do not.

nightswimming makes me cry. i sang it in a talent show once! it was a pretty intense moment for that 18 year old me. ask me sometime. i love that song.

do you know the tw walsh song about robbing banks? it’s awesome.

clearly you have the musical firepower for an awesome mix cd. anyway.

i will do this at home.

  2. I’m not interested in doing this – but I may get around to it.

also interesting: I like the kind of U2 that jim does not.
although – I may interested in the kind U2 that jim does like. We’re talking subs, right?

    Isn’t that interesting?
    I’m interested.
Now I’m going to have to do this thing. Damn.

  3. I used to play Sweet Jane in a bar band many moons ago. I also appreciate Eight Miles High, Deacon Blues, and New Year’s Day. Midnight Confessions is cute.

My all time favorite tune is “Service with a Smile” by Happy the Man. If you can find it, I’d like to hear your opinion.

  4. Dude, can you recommend some CSS tutorials for me? I’m revamping my blog and i’m sick of my eyes being assaulted, and I’ve finally bit the bullet and decided not to use the word “and” anymore. And.

  5. I seemed to have confused “Midnight Confessions” with “I Think We’re Alone Now”. Of course, the forbidden fruit aspect seems to stand out on that song; are you giving us a hint about someone you have your eye on at the campus? I suspect not, but curious minds must ask…

  6. Will, I mix those up all the time.

Lorie, are you gay? I can’t contain it anymore – I suspect all women are trying to tell me in blushing codes.

“blushing codes”. or, perhaps, “blushed codes”. That’s nice.

    Wweeeeeee

  7. Oh, Midnight Confessions is a MUCH better song than I Think We’re Alone Now. Killer bass line, for one thing. And no, there’s no special message there – I’ve loved it for a long time.

Will, I tried to find a place to download the Happy the Man song with no luck, although I did find some interesting essays about the group (I did not know that Peter Gabriel was a fan!). I’ll keep looking, as I’m now curious.
